How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at info@danagoldandjewelry.com or calling 708-901-2345, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your full order details and payment receipt. Please keep this for your records.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does order processing take?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
All domestic orders ship via Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery window of 4–7 business days from the shipping date. Please note that business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All domestic U.S. orders ship completely free — no hidden fees, no processing charges, and no customs duties.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. International shipping is not available at this time.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can use the tracking link in the email or visit the carrier's website directly (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to monitor your package in real time.
What should I do if my package hasn't arrived?
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days past the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will coordinate directly with the carrier to investigate and work toward a resolution.
Is Dana gold and jewelry responsible for shipping delays?
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, all stated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is always free — we provide a prepaid return shipping label.
How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (including dangle earrings, hoop earrings, and studs) — for hygiene and health safety reasons
- Items that have been damaged, altered, resized, or repaired by the customer
- Individual pieces from a jewelry set — only accepted if the complete set is returned together
What if I received a defective or damaged item?
If your product arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a complimentary return and provide either a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the item you prefer.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors or textures may vary slightly due to differences in device screens, display settings, and monitor calibration.
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store your pieces in a clean, dry place — preferably in the original packaging or a soft pouch — to prevent scratching and tarnishing. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its luster.
