Step 3 – Prepare and Ship Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label securely, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Step 5 – Keep Your Shipping Receipt Please hold on to your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed and your refund has been confirmed.

- Place a new order for the replacement product as soon as we confirm receipt and inspection of your returned item

Received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item?

Items Excluded from Returns
Due to their nature, the following categories of jewelry cannot be returned:
