Shipping Delays — What You Should Know

While we do everything in our power to ensure on-time delivery, please be aware of the following:

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order confirmation email, please reach out to us immediately so we can look into it right away.


Accurate Shipping Addresses

  • Dana gold and jewelry is not liable for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

Lost or Undelivered Packages
